  • Competitive gymnast for 13 years

  • Graduated from UL with a Bachelors in Marketing

  • 28+ years coaching experience

  • 4+ years judging Women's Artistic Gymnastics 

  • 8+ years experience as a lifeguard/swim coach

  • Serves on Louisiana National Gymnastics Association State Board 

  • Coached 2-time collegiate All American and LSU Gymnast Sydney Ewing

  • Coached multiple Louisiana State Champions, Regional Team Qualifiers, and Regional Champions

  • Coached multiple high school cheer teams to nationals

  • Worked and Trained under World Champion Trampolinist Jimmy Young

  • CPR certified

  • American Red Cross certified

  • Former Professional Women's Artistic Gymnastics Judge 

  • Attends & hosts yearly continuing education seminars
