Recreational Class Descriptions
Girls Gymnastics
Ages 5+
4 Olympic events – Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, & Floor Exercise.
Typically we dedicate the following workout schedule to each class:
1 Hour Class:

10 min warmup

Approximately 15 min per event (2-3 events per class)

10 minutes ending for fun and conditioning
1.5 hour class:
-
10 minutes warm up
-
15 minutes per event (all 4 events each class)

10 minutes of trampoline or tumbling skill work

10 minutes ending- fun and conditioning
2 hour class: (RecTeam)

10 minutes warm up
-
20 minutes per event (all 4 events each class)

15 minutes of trampoline or tumbling progressions

15 minutes ending- fun and conditioning
Girls Gym 3 hour class: (PreTeam)

10 minutes warm up

30 minutes per event (all 4 events each class)

30 minutes of trampoline or tumbling progressions

RecTeam & PreTeam will be welcome to participating in our In-House Competitions during the Session.
Boys Gymnastics
Ages 5+
Olympic-style gymnastics offered on all six boys events: floor, vault, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, & rings.
1 Hour Class:

Cheer Tumbling
Ages 12 to 17 Co-Ed classes
1 Hour
Tumbling skills specific to your child's current level and their ending goals. Jumps to help with cheer tryouts.

Tumbling skills specific to your child's current level and their ending goals. Jumps & motions to help with cheer tryouts.
Trampoline
Ages 6-17 Co-Ed classes
1 Hour Class.
This class is designed to teach proper bouncing techniques and stop bounces, along with jump progressions first. Our students will move on to learn front or back flip correctly and they will move on to learn advanced skills like: barani (pronounced bran-ee), cody, ball out, rudi (rude-ee), and much more!!
Kidnastics
Ages 3 and 4 Co-Ed classes
No experience needed, as this is an introductory class.
This class focuses is on motor-skill development, mass motor skills, balance, and skill name recognition.
Your little one will get gymnastic and tumbling class foundations in a fun and engaging environment.
We use smaller, "their sized," equipment so they can gain success in this sport from the very beginning!
Ninja Zone
Ninja Zone is an all-new sport that is a fusion of gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training, and freestyle movement that turns energy into ambition.
Ages 3-5 - Lil Ninjas - co-ed classes
Ages 5+ Levels: White, Yellow, Green, Blue
As Ninja Zone skills are mastered, AGTC Ninjas will be placed in more advanced levels.
